Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku a možnost revitalizace průmyslového areálu Kolbenova. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu brownfield, historií areálu Kolbenova a popisem současného stavu. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue and the possibility of revitalization of the industrial area Kolbenova. The work is divided into two parts.
