Basketball: Forms of Socialization in Women´s Basketball teams
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na proces socializace v basketbalových klubech Pardubického a Královéhradeckého kraje. Popíše, analyzuje a porovná vzájemné vztahy v ženském týmu, hierarchii, rituály, předávání vědění a tréninkových procesů v jednotlivých klubech. Zaměří se také na téma fluktuace hráček mezi jednotlivými kluby.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the process of socialising in the basketball clubs of the Pardubice and Hradec Králové regions. It will describe, analyse and compare the interactions in the women's team, hierarchy, rituals, knowledge transfer and training processes in individual clubs. It will also focus on the topic of player turnover between clubs.
