Analysis of the Information System in the Selected Company in Relation to Accounting

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce "Analýza informačního systému ve vybraném podniku ve vazbě na vedení účetnictví" je vyhodnocení vlivu konkrétního informačního systému na vedení účetnictví na náklady a vybrané činnosti u analyzované účetní jednotky. V prvních třech kapitolách jsou teoretická východiska problémové oblasti. Jsou zde charak-terizované informační a ekonomické systémy, a to z pohledu jejich začlenění do podniků. Následně je popsáno účetnictví jako souhrn pravidel a povinností účetní jednotky provozu-jící jej, a vývoj elektronického zaznamenávání hospodářských operací. Praktická část se ve čtvrté kapitole věnuje představení konkrétního podniku. Pátá kapitola slouží k analýze do-savadního použití informačního systému ve vybrané účetní jednotce. V kapitole šesté zhodnocuji poznatky získané z analýzy informačního systému X.is, a následně navrhnuto doporučené řešení zefektivnění jeho užívání.

Abstract:

The subject of bachelor thesis "Analysis of the information systém in the selected company in relation to accounting" is the evaluation of the influence of selected information system to accounting on costs and specific activities of the analyzed accounting unit. The first three chapters provide the theoretical backgrounds of the problem area. The in-formation and economic softwares are described, and that is from the point of view of their integration into enterprises. Next step is accounting as a summary of the rules and duty what to do for accounting unit, and last chapter development of recording of the economic transaction in electronic form is described. The practical part in fourth chapter is introduced the specific company. The chapter five is dedicated to the analysis of the current used of the information system X.is. In chapter six is summarized it´s advantages and disadvan-tages of it´s use, in which chapter seven is evaluated and afterwards the solution for more efficiency suggested.
