Motivace zaměstnanců a její vliv na zvyšování výkonnosti podniku

Motivation of employees and its impact on business performance improvement
Abstract:
Cílem práce bude na základě provedených analýz prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci a prostřednictvím strukturovaných rozhovorů s manažery jednotlivých středisek vyhodnotit spokojenost zaměstnanců s motivačními faktory a navržení změn ve stávajícím motivačním systému, které povedou ke zvyšování výkonnosti zaměstnanců a ke zvyšování výkonnosti celé společnosti.
Abstract:
The aim of the work will be based on the analysis through a questionnaire survey among employees and through structured interviews with managers of individual centers to evaluate employee satisfaction with motivational factors and propose changes in the existing motivational system that will increase employee performance and increase the performance of the company.
