My diploma work is focusing on personnel marketing. In this case in the theoretical part I concentrate at the new apprehension of staff, the role of personnel department, recruiting, choosing and remuneration of employees. Moja diplomová práca sa zaoberá personálnym marketingom, pričom som sa v teoretickej časti zameral najmä na nové vnímanie personálu, úlohu personálneho oddelenia, získavanie, výber a odmeňovanie zamestnancov. V praktickej časti som analyzoval trojročné obdobie nemocnice v nemeckom Sondershausene.
