Strategic analysis of the selected company (Kuban Agro-product)

Abstract:

Předmětem této práce je vypracování strategické analýzy společnosti Kuban Agro-produkt, provedená především z interních dat. V teoretické části jsou použity metody a analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního okolí podniku. Také je hodnocen stav společnosti v období koronaviru a krizový managment. V praktické části jsou implementovány analýzy z teoretické části, a pomocí získaných znalostí a dovedností při studiu shrnuty a doporučeny nové možné strategie rozvoje podniku. Tyto metody zahrnují PESTEL analýzu, analýzu odvětví, ve kterém podnik působí, a také Porterův model pěti sil, VRIO analýzy, Portfolio a SWOT analýzy.

Abstract:

The subject of this work is the development of a strategic analysis of the company Kuban Agro-product, mainly based on internal data. In the theoretical part, methods and analysis of the external and internal environment of the company will be used. The state of society during the coronavirus period and crisis management will also be assessed. In the practical part, the analysis conducted from the theoretical part and with the help of the skills acquired in the study will be summarized and new possible business development strategies will be recommended. These methods include PESTEL analysis, analysis of the industry in which the company operates, such as Porter's Five Forces model, VRIO analysis, portfolio analysis, and SWOT analysis.
