Modelling financial flows of municipalities by neural networks

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá modelováním finančních toků obcí pomocí neuronových sítí.Jako vstupní data modelu slouží údaje o příjmech obcí Pardubického kraje. V diplomové práci jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se rozpočtů obcí a definovány faktory ovlivňující finanční toky obcí. Je zde popsána dopředná neuronová síť a charakterizována všeobecná struktura a způsob učení neuronových sítí typu radiálně bazických funkcí (RBF). V závěru diplomové práce jsou analyzovány navržené modely neuronových sítí.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with a suggestion of neural networks model for prediction of municipal financial flows. As the inputs data are used about the revenues of Pardubice Region municipalities. In this thesis basic terms for the budgets of municipalities are described and factors affecting municipal financial flows are defined. There is defined a feed-forward neural network, and there are discussed the description of basic structures and method for learning neural network of Radial Basis Function type in this thesis. In conclusion, the proposed models of neural networks are analyzed.
