Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou triážování pacientů s cévní mozkovou příhodou. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána základní anatomie mozku a jeho cévního zásobení, základní vyšetření, stanovení CMP triáž pozitivity a zajištění pacienta v podmínkách přednemocniční neodkladné péče. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of stroke patients triage. It is devided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic anatomy of the brain and its vascular supply, basic assessment of the patient, decision about the CMP triage positivity and securing the patient in the prehospital emergency care setting.
