Bakalářská práce se věnuje sledování kvality služeb nabízených v pražských restauracích, které se zaměřují na přípravu pokrmů italské kuchyně. The bachelor thesis deals with monitoring the quality of services offered in Prague restaurants that focus on the preparation of Italian meals.
