Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je provést analýzu pojištění nemovitostí se zaměřením na jeho rizikové oblasti a poukázat na systém likvidace škod v této oblasti pojištění. V první části práce charakterizuji pojištění majetku. V další kapitole se zabývám pojištěním nemovitostí, kde se věnuji především předmětu pojištění, pojišťovaným rizikům, nepojistitelným rizikům, pojistné částce a pojistnému. V této …more

The aim of my theses is to analyze „Real estate insurance“ with highlighting the risk areas and refer to system handling of claims in this area insurance.
