Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je interní audit včetně projektové studie. Cílem je provedení interního auditu kvality poskytovaných služeb ve vybraném podniku, odhalení nedostatků a předložení návrhu ke zlepšení. Teoretická část popisuje funkce interního auditu a důležitost jeho použití, věnuje pozornost na vymezení pojmu jakosti a související normy kvality v současné době. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění spokojenosti zákazníků ohledně kvality poskytovaných služeb, popisuje postup provedení interního auditu a ukazuje možné varianty řešení problémů.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is the internal audit including project study. The objective conducting the internal audit of quality of the provided services in the selected company, revealing of the shortcomings and the submission of the proposal for improvement. The theoretical part describes the functions of the internal audit and the importance of using it, devotes attention to defining current terms such as quality and related quality standards. The practical part is focused on finding out the customer satisfaction regarding the quality of the provided services, describes the approach of the internal audit and shows the possible options solving problems.
