Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma stabilizace zaměstnanců a jejich motivace. Zabývá faktory motivace, stabilizace a spokojenosti. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit faktory, které ovlivňují stabilitu zaměstnanců. Téma je popsáno na základě odborné literatury. This bachelor’s thesis predominantly focuses on employee stabilization and motivation. This undergraduate thesis aims to discover and reveal the influential factors of this kind. Additionally, this paper is concentrated on motivation in a workplace as a whole, and topics such as the factors influencing the stabilization and satisfaction will also be discussed.
