Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice vzdělávání v oblasti výživy v České republice i v jiných evropských zemích. Dále se teoretická část práce zabývá stravou ve společnosti, technologií přípravy pokrmů, gastronomickými pravidly, hygienou a bezpečností v oblasti stravování. The presented thesis deals with the problems of nutrition education in the Czech republic and other european countries. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with food in society, technology of cooking, culinary rules, hygiene and safety in food.
