Tématem mé diplomové práce je Srovnání české gastronomie před rokem 1989 a po něm. Toto téma jsem si vybral hned z několika důvodů. Topic of my thesis is Comparison of czech gastronomy before 1989 and after it. This topic I chose for several reasons. I wanted to choose topic, which will have something in common with my field of study and at the same time it will be interesting for me.
