Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na studium variant hemoglobinu v souvislosti s onemocněním malárií. Malárie je závažné krevní onemocnění, které má ročně na svědomí statisíce obětí ve státech třetího světa. Kromě účinné chemoprofylaxe, jsou dnes již známé dědičné krevní abnormality, které mají rezistentní schopnosti vůči malárii. Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis is focusing on studying of the hemoglobin variants in connection with malaria. Malaria is a serious blood disorder, which is responsible for thousands of victims in the third World. Besides the effective chemoprophylaxis, nowadays the hereditary blood abnormalities, with resistant abilities to malaria, are known.
