Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza nákladů a užitků investičního pro-jektu „Zateplení mateřské školy Vojanova v Ústí nad Labem“. První teoretická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku a typy investic a charakteristiku analýzy nákladů a přínosů.
