Předložená práce pojednává o problematice účetnictví a statutárního auditu. Cílem teoretické části je představit problematiku podvojného účetnictví, jež by mělo podávat objektivní informace o finanční kondici účetní jednotky a statutárního auditu, jehož role spočívá ve zvýšení věrohodnosti finančních informací auditovaných subjektů. The thesis explains the issues of accounting and statutory audit. The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce the issues of double-entry accounting which should provide objective information about the financial condition of the accounting entity and statutory audit whose role consists in increasing the reliability of financial information of audited entities.
