Foreign market entry strategy and organizational structure

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Strategie vstupu podniku na zahraniční trhy a její vliv na organizační strukturu“ je analyzovat vliv strategie vstupu společnosti Tatsuno-Benč Europe, a.s. na zahraniční trhy na její organizační strukturu. Teoretická část práce se skládá z popisu problematiky internacionalizace společností, týkající se jejich strategiemi a možnostmi vstupu na zahraniční trhy. Dále je věnován prostor organizačním strukturám těchto společností, a jak jsou tyto struktury ovlivněny právě těmito strategiemi. V aplikační části diplomové práce je popsána společnost Tatsuno-Benč, Europe, a.s., proces její internacionalizace, jsou analyzovány strategie, kterými vstupovala na zahraniční trhy, a organizační struktura společnosti včetně změn, které v ní proběhly v důsledku změny strategie. Závěrečná kapitola se věnuje vlastnímu návrhu řešení změn v organizační struktuře společnosti v souladu se strategií společnosti.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: "Foreign market entry strategy and its impact on the organizational structure“ is to analyze the influence of entry strategy Tatsuno-Benč Europe a.s., for its organizational structure. The theoretical part consists of a description of the internationalization of the companies and their strategies and possibilities of entering foreign markets, organizational structures of these companies and how these structures are affected by these strategies. The application of this thesis is described the internationalization process of Tatsuno-Benč Europe, a.s. and there are analyzed strategies of entering foreign markets and organizational structure, including changes due to changes in strategy. The final chapter is devoted to own proposal for changes in organizational structure in line with company strategy.
