Cílem diplomové práce je srovnání institucí českého a evropského ombudsmana, dále postižení sporných míst současné právní úpravy ČR a návrhy řešení pro jejich možné změny. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to compare an institute of the Czech and European ombudsman together with applying litigant issues in the current law of the Czech Republic and to pro-pose solutions for possible changes. Thesis is focused on the cogent outlining of the purpose, creation, development and activities of both institutes and their constitution and scope.
