Aplication of Article 6 ECHR on Administrative Proceedings in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá aplikovatelností šestého článku Úmluvy o ochraně lidských práv a svobod na správní řízení vedené v ČR. V úvodních kapitolách popisuje Úmluvu a její význam pro spravedlivý proces. Práce postupně přechází k jednotlivým druhům správních řízení a na základě jednotlivých rozhodnutí ESLP zkoumá, zda jsou tyto řízení podřízeny šestému článku.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the possible application of the sixth article of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms to administrative proceedings conducted in the Czech Republic. In the opening chapters, the thesis describes the Convention and its importance for a fair trial.
