Obsahom tejto bakalárskej práce je návrh a implementácia systému, ktorý rozširuje program Nemesis, 3D editor molekulárnych štruktúr, o podporu interaktívnej spolupráce cez počítačovú sieť. Teoretická časť práce podáva základný prehľad o architektúrach systémov pre spoluprácu.
