NOC and NIC Classifications in Clients with Problem Risk for Impaired Skin Integrity
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá standardizovanými ošetřovatelskými terminologiemi, zejména NANDA - International, NOC a NIC klasifikacemi. Výzkumná část je věnována analýze, prezentaci a zhodnocení dat získaných při aplikaci NOC a NIC klasifikací ve vztahu k ošetřovatelské diagnóze Riziko porušení kožní integrity (00047) v klinické praxi.
Abstract:
The thesis deals in its theoretical part with standardized nursing terminologies, especially with NANDA - International, NOC and NIC Classifications. The research part is devoted to the analysis, presentation and evaluation of the data gained during application of NOC and NIC Classifications in relationship to nursing diagnosis Risk for impaired skin integrity (00047) in clinical practice.
