Set of Gender Problems connected with Labour Market

Abstract:

Tato práce je tvořena teoretickou a praktickou části. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zaobírá problematikou rovností mužů a žen na trhu práce. Především situacemi na trhu práce, které jsou upravovány legislativou České republiky, OSN a EU. Mezi tyto situace patří přijímání do zaměstnání, odměňování a přístupy k rozhodování. Dále bakalářská práce charakterizuje genderované organizace a organizace genderově integrované. Praktická část zhodnotí názor respondentů na rovnost mužů a žen na trhu práce. Především na podmínky, které jsou na trhu práce pro rovnost mužů a žen vytvořeny, a zda jsou podle respondentů tyto podmínky dodržovány.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with issues of gender equality in the labour market. Especially the labour market situations, which are regulated by Czech legislation and legislation of OSN and EU. These situations include recruitment, remuneration and approaches to decision making. The bachelor thesis also describes gendered organizations and gender-integrated organizations. The practical part evaluates the respondents views on gender equality in the labour market. Especially on conditions, which are in the labour market created and if these conditions are respected in practice.
