Diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces řízení nálezů z inspekcí v rámci projektu metro Londýn v divizi Escalators společnosti OTIS a.s.. Klíčovým byznysem této divize je návrh, vývoj, výroba, instalace a servis eskalátorů a pohyblivých chodníků.
