Risk illegal migration, as a potential threat to the internal security of the state

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na systematickou analýzu a zhodnocení potenciálního vlivu nelegální migrace na radikalizaci příslušníků Policie České republiky. Práce je strukturována do dvou hlavních částí: teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je důkladně rozebrán pojem migrace, její historie, současný legislativní rámec a instituce zabývající se problematikou nelegální migrace. Součástí teoretické části je také analýza pojmu radikalizace, její historický vývoj a faktory, které s ní souvisejí. V praktické části je provedena kombinace kvantifikovaného a kvalitativního výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů. Výsledky tohoto kombinovaného přístupu umožňují zhodnotit názory, postoje a možné dopady, které může nelegální migrace mít na profesionální působení policistů v České republice. Zároveň jsou identifikovány faktory, které mohou vést k radikalizaci, a navrhována opatření k jejich zmírnění či předejití. Práce přináší ucelený pohled na problematiku nelegální migrace a radikalizace v kontextu vnitřní bezpečnosti České republiky a poskytuje cenné poznatky pro další práci v této oblasti.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on a systematic analysis and evaluation of the potential impact of illegal migration on the radicalization of members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The thesis is structured into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part thoroughly examines the concept of migration, its history, current legislative framework, and institutions dealing with the issue of illegal migration.Theoretical analysis also includes the examination of the concept of radicalization, its historical development, and factors associated with it. The practical part involves a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods through questionnaire surveys and interviews. The results of this combined approach allow for an evaluation of the views, attitudes, and possible impacts that illegal migration may have on the professional activities of police officers in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, factors that may lead to radicalization are identified, and measures to mitigate or prevent them are proposed. The thesis provides a comprehensive view of the issue of illegal migration and radicalization in the context of the internal security of the Czech Republic and offers valuable insights for further work in this field.
