Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou právní úpravou hospodaření územních samosprávných celků s konkrétním zaměřením na hospodaření obcí. Jejím cílem je prvně vymezit právní úpravu hospodaření obcí podle obecního zřízení a podle základních právních předpisů regulujících jeho jednotlivé oblasti a dále zjistit úroveň o jejím povědomí, interpretaci a přímé aplikaci u obcí.
