Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zátěžových faktorů zdravotníků na urgentním příjmu. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno kvalitativní výzkumnou metodou, prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s informanty, kteří byli zdravotnickými pracovníky urgentního příjmu.
