Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla. Toto pojištění je ve většině vyspělých zemí povinné, a proto tvoří významnou část neživotního pojištění. V České republice je zatížení pojistného vůči průměrným mzdám v porovnání s vyspělými státy nižší a pojišťovny tak balancují na hraně ziskovosti. The bachelor's thesis focuses on vehicle liability insurance. This insurance is compulsory in most developed countries and therefore forms a significant part of non- life insurance. In the Czech Republic, the burden of insurance premiums in relation to average wages is lower compared to developed countries, causing insurance companies to balance on the edge of profitability.
