Diplomová práca „Spotrebiteľské správanie“ je zameraná na identifikáciu faktorov, ktoré ovplyvňujú zákazníkov sushi barov a formujú ich spotrebiteľské správanie. Táto práca je sústredená najmä na jeden vybraný podnik, avšak nie je limitovaná iba naň a identifikuje faktory aj zákazníkov iných sushi barov, ktorí by mohli byť potencionálnymi zákazníkmi vybraného podniku.
