Abstract:
Úvod. Epidermolysis bullosa congenita (EB) je vzácné dědičné onemocnění vedoucí ke zvýšené fragilitě kůže. EB je způsobena mutacemi v genech převážně pro strukturální proteiny kůže, které zajišťují mechanickou odolnost epidermis a její ukotvení k hlubším strukturám dermis. Background. Epidermolysis bullosa congenita (EB) is a rare, inherited disease leading to increased fragility of the skin.
