Gym and sport as a factor effecting child healt and development

Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala sportem, tělesnou výchovou, fyzickým a psychickým rozvojem dětí vlivem sportovní aktivity, činností trenérů a pedagogickým přístupem učitelů tělesné výchovy. V teoretické části pomocí literatury jsem zpracovala poznatky, definice a pojmy různých autorů, kteří se zabývají touto problematikou. Obsahem praktické části je výzkum, jenž byl proveden na dvou základních školách, za účelem zjistit kvalitu dnešní tělesné výchovy z pohledu žáka i učitele a průzkum funkce trenéra. Na základně provedeného výzkumu jsem zjistila, že úroveň dnešní tělesné výchovy je na velmi dobré úrovni. Odpovídá tomu kvalitní vybavení škol a kvalifikovaní učitelé, kteří se snaží o co nejlepší sportovní průpravu dětí v jednotlivých disciplínách a kolektivních sportech. Co se týče dětí, na I. stupni je tělesná výchova oblíbeným předmětem, na II. stupni v období dospívání radost z pohybu upadá.

Abstract:

My Bachelor thesis describes sport as a whole , and sport at basic school. The theoretical part describes the history of Physical Education, evolutionary change in humans, and education in sports. I explain what terms such as physical culture, physical education, and gymnastics mean. Another point of my Bachelor thesis is the explanation of how lessons in physical education should look, which skills and qualities a teacher should have, and what consequences physical education has on the formation of students‘ personalities. In the last part of my Bachelor thesis I explain what floorball is. In the practical part I describe research which was done in two basic schools. The object of this research was to find what the quality of psychical education these days is, from two perspectives; that of teachers, and of students. The results of this research show that the level of today‘s psychical education is of a very high standard. This is because today our basic schools have very good equipment and we also have responsible teachers who try to give the best education to our children in every area. Children like psychical education, at the youngest ages. Older children at basic school like computers more, facebook and other applications (programmes) instead of movement.
