Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je navržení nejefektivnějšího způsobu měření výkonnosti z pohledu Ministerstva zdravotnictví České republiky. Významnou pozornost bych chtěla věnovat metodě benchmarkingu. Tato diplomová práce by měla přispět k odpovědi, zda metoda Benchmarkingu měření výkonnosti je vhodná k posouzení celého resortu zdravotnictví.
