Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem přiměřenosti v atletickém tréninku dětí. Dává představu o základním tréninku dětí v různých etapách vývoje s důrazem na rozvoj všestrannosti a koncept tréninku přiměřeného věku.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with the problem of proportionality in athletic training of children. Gives an idea of the basic training of children of various ages with an emphasis on the development of the concept of versatility and adequacy.
