Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou personálních činností v nestátních neziskových organizacích, které poskytují hiporehabilitaci. Výzkumným cílem je zjištění aktuální situace personálních činností v oblasti personální práce ve vybraných nestátních neziskových organizacích poskytujících hiporehabilitaci. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, v prvních třech kapitolách je uchopena teorie zabývající se neziskovými organizacemi, personální prací a hiporehabilitací, čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje empirickou část této diplomové práce, která se zabývá metodologií výzkumu, jeho realizací a také interpretací získaných dat. Výzkum byl realizován ve třech vybraných nestátních neziskových organizacích, které poskytují hiporehabilitaci na území Moravskoslezského kraje a jsou členy České hiporehabilitační společnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with personal activities in non-profit organizations that provide hippotherapy. The research aim is to identify the current situation of personal activities in personal work in selected nongovernmental organizations providing hippotherapy. The work is divided into four chapters, the first three chapters is gripped theories of non-profit organizations, personal work and hippotherapy, the fourth chapter contains the empirical part of this thesis, which deals with the methodology of the research, its implementation and interpretation of the data. The research was conducted in three selected nongovernmental organizations that provide hippotherapy on the Moravian-silesian region and are members of the Czech hippotherapy company.
