Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na metody získávání a výběru pracovníků. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část popisuje procesy získávání a výběru pracovníků z teoretického hlediska podle odborné literatury. Druhá část se orientuje na praktické využití těchto metod. Na závěr této práce jsou navržena možná řešení, ke zefektivnění personální činnosti v dané problematice.
Abstract:
This bachalor thesis is focused on methods of employee recruitment and selection. It is divided into two parts. The first one describes the processes of recruitment and selection of employee from a theoretical point of view based on literature. The second part focuses on the practical use of these methods.
