The building of marketing strategy for a company
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on creating marketing strategy for the RG KOVO, s.r.o. company. The strategy itself is based on analysis of the internal and external environment, SWOT analysis which identify the problematic areas in the company. The new proposals aim to improve the overall quality of operations in the company and extend the offer of its services.

Diplomová práca je zameraná na tvorbu marketingovej stratégie pre spoločnosť RG KOVO, s.r.o.. Na základe výsledkov analýzy, vnútorného a vonkajšieho prostredia, SWOT analýzy, sú identifikované problematické oblasti tejto spoločnosti. Nové návrhy smerujú k celkovému zlepšeniu činnosti spoločnosti a rozšíreniu ponuky jej služieb.
