Práce se zabývá tématem nahrazování práce kapitálem v ČR. Reaguje na výrazné zvyšování mzdových sazeb v ČR od roku 2016 a jeho možné důsledky na prohlubování kapitálu v odvětvích zpracovatelského průmyslu. This diploma thesis explores capital deepening as a response to wage rise in Czech Republic that has taken place since 2016. Theoretical part tackles characteristics of capital and labour production factor.
