Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou činnosti soudních tlumočníků a soudních překladatelů, a to zejména s ohledem na nový zákon o soudních tlumočnících a soudních překladatelích. This diploma thesis deals with the legal regulation applicable to the activities of court interpreters and court translators, especially regarding the new Act on Court Interpreters and Court Translators.
