Protection of the Property Right in the European Court of Human Rights Judgments
Abstract:
This thesis is dealing with the protection of property right in the judgment of the European Court on Human Rights. Subtopics are the scope of protection, encroachments into the property right, restitution cases, protection of property under the Czech law and the judgement of Constitution Court of Czech Republic.
Abstract:
Práca sa venuje ochrane vlastníckeho práva v judikatúre Európskeho súdu pre ľudské práva. Jednotlivými bodmi sú rozsah ochrany, zásady do vlastníckeho práva, prípady reštitúcií, ochrana majetku podľa českého práva a judikatúra Ústavného súdu Českej republiky.
