Vliv rekvalifikace na uplatnitelnost osob nad 50 let na trhu práce

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rekvalifikacemi u osob starších 50 let, tedy respondenty, kteří prošli rekvalifikací přes Úřad práce ČR, kontaktní pracoviště Ostrov. Autorka si zvolila toto téma, neboť pracovala po dobu 6 let na Úřadu práce na úseku Zprostředkování zaměstnání. Vliv rekvalifikace na uplatnění respondentů na trhu práce byl zjišťován na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Na základě tohoto výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že rekvalifikace měla na uplatnění respondentů na trhu práce pozitivní dopad a autorka zároveň zjistila, že paleta nabízených rekvalifikačních kurzů je dostačující, čímž byl splněn hlavní cíl této bakalářské práce. Informace a výstupy prezentované v této práci mohou být přínosné pro další studenty v oboru sociální pedagogiky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on retraining of people over 50 years of age, specifically respondents, who completed the retraining offered by the Labour Office in Ostrov. The author chose this topic, because she worked for 6 years at the Labour Office in the Mediation Employment Section. The effect of retraining on the employment of respondents in the labour market was determined on the basis of semi-structured interviews. Based on this survey, it was found that retraining had a positive impact on the employability of the respondents in the labour market and the author found that the variety of the offered retraining courses is sufficient, thereby was fulfilling the main goal of this bachelor's work. Results and information presented in this work can be helpful to other students in the field of Social Pedagogy.
