Bakalářská práce vysvětluje marketingový pojem „superpotravina“ a jejím cílem je rozebrat zařazení jednobuněčných zelených řas do této skupiny potravin. The bachelor thesis explains the marketing term „superfood“ and the aim of this thesis is to analyze the inclusion of unicelluar green algae in this group of foods. At the beginning of the thesis, the selected representatives of plant-type superfoods are characterized. The issue of algal taxonomy is also briefly discussed.
