Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce byly možnosti čerpání financí z Evropského sociálního fondu pro základní a střední školy a nestátní neziskové organizace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se zabývám důvodem existence evropských fondů, co přinášejí dotace a proč je dobré o finanční podporu žádat. Pokouším se orientačně vymezit typy projektů, na které mohou školy a neziskové organizace žádat podporu, průběhem projektového cyklu a také častými chybami, které pisatelé v projektech dělají. Praktická část je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu, jehož cílem je zjistit, jak vnímají možnosti čerpání právě základní a střední školy a nestátní neziskové organizace, jaké vidí problémy a jaká jsou možná řešení tohoto stavu.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis Opportunities for draw support from European Social Fund for schools and non-governmental non-profit organizations consist of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the reason of existence of European Social Fund, what are the benefits of grants and why it is good to apply for financial support; I am trying to define the types of projects, for which schools and non-profit organizations can ask for support, the project cycle and also most common mistakes done by the creators of the projects. The practical part is dedicated to a qualitative analysis with the aim to determine how elementary, high schools and non-profit organizations perceive this support, what problems they see and what are the possible solutions.
