Trends and the specifics of food in Hospitals
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis focuses on trends and specifics of boarding in hospitals. In a specific example, I present the latest trends used by the hospital and what are the specifics applied mainly to the diet of patients and hospital staff. Bakalárskou prácou sa zameriavam na trendy a špecifiká stravovania v nemocniciach. Na konkrétnom príklade uvádzam aké najnovšie trendy využíva nemocnica a aké sú špecifiká, uplatňované hlavne v stravovaní pacientov a zamestnancov nemocnice.
