Předmětem diplomové práce - „Účinné formy motivace pracovníků v podniku“ - je analýza motivačních nástrojů používaných k řízení motivace pracovníků. Teoretická část shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o motivaci a její vliv na výkon zaměstnanců. The subject of the submitted thesis - “Effective forms of motivation of workers in a company” - is the analysis of motivational tools used to manage worker s motivation. The first part summarises present knowledge about motivation and its influence on work performance of employees.
