Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj bioinformatického nástroje pro identifikaci pozic vhodných k mutagenezi za účelem změny substrátové specificity, aktivity a enantioselektivity enzymů. Pravděpodobnost vytvoření enzymu s novými katalytickými vlastnostmi je větší při cílení mutací do pozic v aktivním místě nebo tunelech, než pro mutace prováděné v jiných místech proteinové struktury. The Master Thesis is focused on the development of a bioinformatics tool for the identification of hot spot sites for rational engineering of substrate specificity, activity and enantioselectivity of enzymes.
