Tato diplomová práce se věnuje právnímu formalismu. Nejprve práce vymezuje podstatu právního formalismu a jeho různé druhy. Poté představuje některé historické směry, které právní formalismus kritizovaly, spolu s vymezením hlavních bodů jejich kritiky. This diploma thesis deals with legal formalism. At first the thesis defines the essence of legal formalism and its different kinds. Then, it presents some historical directions that criticize legal formalism, along with defining the main points of their criticism.
