Bakalárska práca si kladie za cieľ vymedziť a stručne charakterizovať vznik a vývoj družstevníctva vo svete a na území Slovenskej republiky a analyzovať právnu úpravu vzniku a zániku členstva, práv a povinnosti členov podľa Obchodného zákonníka.
