Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na adaptační program u Správy železniční dopravní cesty. Zabývá se současným stavem adaptace zaměstnanců na různých pozicích. Dále se tato práce zaměřuje na vytvoření trainee programu pro absolventy vysokých škol a jeho zhodnocení.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on adaptation program at Railway Infrastructure Administration. It deals with the current state workers to adapt at different positions. This thesis is focused on the creation of a trainee program for graduates and assessment of this program.
