Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na výskyt metanogenních mikroorganizmů z domény Archaea. Tyto striktně anaerobní mikroorganizmy se vyskytují v trávicím traktu mnoha živočichů, nevyjímaje druhy ryb, plazů, ptáků a členovců. Významnou roli hrají především v bachorech přežvýkavců. Abstract:
In this thesis we study the abundance of methanogenic microorganisms belonging to the domain Archaea. This strictly anaerobic microorganisms can be found in the gastrointestinal tract of many animal species, especially in fish, reptiles, avian and arthropods species.
