Using knowledge of occupational safety and health professional training

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit současnou situaci v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a to jak obecně, tak zejména ve školství. Dále má tato práce ukázat současný stav bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při výchově a vyučování na naší střední odborné škole a středním odborném učilišti a na základě zjištěných skutečností doporučit některé poznatky a návrhy pro zkvalitnění výuky učitelům odborného výcviku k dodržování všech zásad BOZ při výuce žáků jednotlivých oborů vzdělání. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Úvodní kapitola je stručným průřezem problematiky bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci včetně vymezení základních pojmů. Ve druhé kapitole je uveden přehled základních legislativních norem. Třetí kapitola konkretizuje současnou situaci bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví v rezortu školství. Nato navazují poslední dvě kapitoly, které ukazují, jak jsou stanovené teoretické zásady a úkoly problematiky bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci realizovány přímo v praxi na naší střední odborné škole a středním odborném učilišti stavebním, Brno – Bosonohy. Na základě všech zjištěných poznatků a skutečností včetně závad a nedostatků jsou v páté kapitole uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu v oblasti BOZP na škole a doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to describe the current situation in the field of occupational health and safety in general and particularly in the education. Furthermore, this thesis should show the current state of the health and safety in the education and teaching in our vocational and secondary vocational school and on the established findings to recommend some knowledge and suggestions which lead to the improvement of teaching for vocational training teachers to abindance of occupational health and safety during the teaching students in the particular branches of education. The work is divided into five chapters. The introductory chapter is a brief intersection of the questions that deals with the topic safety and health at work, including the definition of fundamental concepts. The second chapter provides an overview of basic legal standards. The third section specifies the current situation of health and safety in the education sector. Then followed the last two chapters that show how the set of theoretical principles and tasks of the safety and health at work directly implemented in practice in our secondary school and secondary vocational school, Brno - Bosonohy. Based on all the findings and facts, including defects and deficiencies are in the fifth chapter included suggestions for improving of the current situation in the occupational health and safety at school and recommendations for the educational practice.
